MAINTAINED ALL YEAR LONG,
FIELD NO. 1
Located at the far end of the village, nestled between the stream and the view on the distant alps. This location carries a very serene and private feeling. The surrounding pond, woods, and scattered crop fields in the distance display a variety of colors and pleasant smells. The field is smaller and as such is ideal for exhibition matches where the action is closer to the crowd. This field has been the venue of choice for a number events over the past years from weddings to birthday parties to sponsored theme galas and charity fund raisers.
One visiting dignitary, The Maharaja of Jodhpur, upon being showered with fine champagne and after a match where players wore colored turbans, commented:
“I must tell you, this is the craziest club I have ever visited”!
There are two fenced sand arenas at the club that can be used for training and polo.
The smaller arena is located next to the barn and stables and is great for training the changing of leads, and stopping and turning in general.
The larger arena is oben used for 2 x 2 sand polo and is also appropriate for any kind of horse training as well as troIng and galloping.
